Seafood Sandwich Recipe

 Easy Seafood Sandwich


*Ingredients:*

- 1 can (6-7 oz) of tuna, crab, or shrimp (drained and flaked if necessary)

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

- 1 small red onion, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 sandwich rolls or slices of bread

- Lettuce leaves

- Sliced tomatoes


*Instructions:*


1. *Prepare the Filling:*

   - In a medium bowl, combine the seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, and red onion. Mix well.

   - Season with salt and pepper to taste.


2. *Assemble the Sandwich:*

   - Lay out your sandwich rolls or bread slices.

   - Place a few lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each roll or slice.

   - Spoon the seafood mixture on top of the lettuce.

   - Add slices of tomato on top of the seafood mixture.

   - Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll or another slice of bread.
